There is no contact form on this site and no support desk. Email is the only channel, and it reaches a person.
What to write about
- Corrections. If a guide gets something wrong, name the page and quote the sentence. Version numbers, error messages and accuracy figures are the things most likely to go out of date, and those are the most useful corrections to receive.
- Questions about a guide. If a step did not work on your machine, say what you were running — operating system, version, and the exact error text. That is usually enough to identify whether it is a known problem.
- Rights requests. Anything relating to the privacy policy, including requests about personal data.
- Advertising or affiliate enquiries. Say which network or product you represent and what you are proposing.
What to expect
This is an independently run site, so replies are best-effort rather than guaranteed. Emails that quote a specific page and a specific problem are the easiest to answer.
Unsolicited bulk mail, link-insertion requests and guest-post pitches are not answered.
